WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent out for fulfillment. If fulfillment involves printing, time will be taken at our factory to ensure accurate design and printing.
Picking and prepping your item is done with care to ensure safe delivery and cost reduction, which keeps our shipping prices low to benefit our customers.
Item(s) typically take no longer than 7-10 business days to leave our facilities and those of our partners en route to you via the shipper.

Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

Please note that holidays and some circumstances beyond our control may cause shipping times to vary, and/or take longer than the estimates below.
• Covid-19 is currently impacting our supply chain, in terms of both logistical and inventory-related operations in and outside of the country
• The popularity of certain items in our catalog can, at times, further stretch our supply chain
• Our shipping providers may experience delays due to Covid-19 and various holiday rush cycles

When your order ships, we will provide a tracking number to your order details.
Please note that some items that are supplied direct from overseas providers and/or are sold at promotional pricing (including, but not limited to, free plus shipping offers) may not enable tracking service beyond confirmation of shipment. In such cases, delivery confirmation and point-to-point tracking will not be available.

If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact us at [email protected] to inquire about full refund of your purchase.

Note: Determination of refund eligibility is made at the sole discretion of our support staff, and understandably excludes customer errors when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries. Ahamore and its staff are not liable for stolen or misplaced goods at any point prior to or following actual or implied delivery.


PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

"Are the 'FREE' items really free?"
YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)


WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard American Express and Discover through our payment gateway providers PayPal and Stripe, as well as alternative offerings (Bitcoin, PayPal balance, etc.) that may also be available by directly choosing the service provider as a payment option at time of checkout.


CALCULATING YOUR ORDER COST IN A FOREIGN CURRENCY

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Note that product delivery may be limited to US locations only.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including order confirmation, fulfillment and shipping notices.

"Why have I not received any order confirmation details?"
Many times this is because even the most careful customers have accidentally mistyped their email or entered an address that goes to an alternate inbox (work vs. home, etc.).
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at [email protected] and we will fix it for you.

Occasionally, emails end up in your spam folder as well. Please be sure to search recent emails that have gone to your spam folder, marking those from us (ahamore.com) as "not spam".

"Help, I entered my address wrong!"
If you contact us within 48 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we understandably cannot accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please be sure to enter your address carefully at checkout.


ORDER CANCELATION

Upon submission of your order, it enters a "processing" status which lasts approximately 48 hours. This period serves as a buffer to allows "aha" moments to surface for our customers, such as situations where an email or physical address may have been mistyped in the order details or a customization needs an adjustment.

In most cases, orders can be adjusted or - should the situation warrant - canceled within this 48 hour processing period. Exceptions and restrictions to processing may be unique to product, and will be noted in product details.

IMPORTANT: If 48 hours has passed since you have placed your order and you have received a shipping confirmation, that means the order has been sent and the order can no longer be canceled.

SHIPPING COSTS

This depends on the product ordered, any current promotions, an item's total weight, and where we're shipping to.

Our product offerings feature both flat rate and calculated shipping costs. Shipping charges will be determined and displayed at the time of checkout, although in some cases may also be noted prior to checkout within promotions, product offers and/or product descriptions.


IN-STORE PICKUP

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery outside of the United States.


SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We reserve the right to refuse to ship to post office box and/or similar alternate or non-standard location addresses. If you are uncertain if your shipping address applies, please reach out to us via the "contact us" link and we'll be happy to help.


MULTIPLE PACKAGES

"I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?"
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house and/or in separate fulfillment locations. when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster - and save you money in the process. You may receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... we haven't forgotten about you! Simply reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions.


SHIPPING CARRIERS AD PROVIDERS

Most US orders are shipped via USPS (standard shipping).
For products on which we offer expedited shipping, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or other major carriers are considered.


HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR AMERICAN ORDERS?

There are no additional duties to be expected or required at upon delivery unless otherwise noted in the product description.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. Authorization is required before sending products back to us.
