IMPORTANT: Please complete a return request as noted below *prior to* sending any returns. We will not honor requests that do not have a customer-initiated communication and subsequent authorization from our return staff.
Below are guidelines that our support and returns staff abide by when considering return, refund, and exchange requests related to our satisfaction guarantee and purchases made by our customers.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from time purchase, plus a reasonable allowance for receipt of your item following purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase plus a reasonable time frame for shipping and delivery (in most cases an additional allowance of up to 10 business days will be considered on request), we will only be able to offer you store credit or exchange for a like item.
If within this time frame, refund requests are considered on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of our return staff.
Please note common non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
In the event that we offer such items for sale, several other types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Within your return request, please be certain include order details including your name, email address associated with your order, the ship-to address, and phone number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after return authorization is granted
Upon authorization to return an item, please immediately ship the return back to us at the address given within the return authorization.
Please note that shipping expenses incurred by the customer to return an item are NOT refundable to the customer unless determined otherwise at the sole discretion of our return staff.
IMPORTANT: Any authorized returned item that is received more than 21 days after return authorization is granted are no longer eligible for full or partial refund, and at the sole discretion of our return staff may be considered only for full or partial store credit up to the value of the returned item as established at the time of original purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow a few business days for funds to post to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
Please note that sometimes funds take a while to show up on online accounts and statements.
If a refund has been authorized and communicated to you, but you haven’t yet received a refund after allowing a few business days to pass, the advice below from our support staff may help:
Take care to first check your bank account again, looking for sections listing transactions that are marked as "pending" or "authorized". You may also contact your credit card company and/or bank directly, as again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] and our staff will be happy assist further.
Sale items and Return Shipping (if applicable):
Only the price paid for items is eligible for full or partial refund. This amount typically includes shipping fees paid to us, but at the discretion of our returns staff shipping fees paid additional to item cost at tiem of purchase may not be eligible for full or partial refund, or full or partial store credit.
As such, shipping fees incurred by the customer upon authorized return of an item are not reimbursed to the customer.
Please note that that some sale items - such as (but not limited to) free plus shipping offers - cannot be refunded either partially or in full, and may not be authorized for return. Similarly, full or partial store credit for authorized returns on such items is at the sole discretion of our return staff.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If your item is received defective or damaged, please take care to document the condition of the shipping materials and contents of your item/package immediately... pictures are required!
Along with documentation of the defective or damaged item, please proceed to request exchange authorization by reaching out to us at [email protected] .
In the event of misprints, drastic color differences, and similar "not as ordered or expected" items, return or exhange authorization is at the sole discretion of our return staff, as are issuance of full or partial refund or store credit.
Again, please document the condition of your item upon arrival... pictures are required!
Along with documentation of the defective or damaged item, please proceed to request exchange authorization by reaching out to us at [email protected] .
Authorization must be granted before returning any item:
IMPORTANT: You must include your authorization along with your item, within the shipping box, for any item you are returning.
Items received without authorization information cannot be processed and may result in rejection of your exchange request.
Gifts:
We understand that items intended as gifts may be time-sensitive and that the return/exchange process has the potential to diminish the element of surprise.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you instead of the intended recipient, you’ll typically receive a gift credit for the purchase amount of your item.
Return of the item may be required prior to issue of such credit, and is at the discretion of our support staff.

Shipping:
Before shipping any item for return or exchange, you must first obtain authorization and instructions from our returns staff.
Unauthorized returns are not eligible for full or partial refund or full or partial store credit, and Ahamore is in no way liable for damage or shipping costs incurred by an individual sending an unauthorized return.
Further, the current correct address to which an authorized item should be shipped will only be released upon authorization from our returns staff.
Addresses for Ahamore listed in various policy documents or pages on Ahamore.com (or any referring or information site) are intended for other inquiries.
Items received at such unauthorized addresses will not be processed or considered for full or partial refund, full or partial store credit, reimbursement of shipping fees incurred by the customer, or subsequently returned to the party that shipped the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs incurred by the customer for authorized returns or exchanges are non-refundable(see "Sale items and Return Shipping" section above).
Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for replacement of an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
IMPORTANT: We understandably can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For any item shipped to us for any reason, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance that allows for proof of delivery - especially if you are shipping an item valued at or over $50.
